To live with awareness and mastery over how you process the experiences of your life by forming perceptions that empower you to make choices that will move you towards your dreams and express more fully "Who" you choose to be.

It is a well documented fact that receiving a lot of information and descriptions about leadership and performance has produced little change in people's ability to lead. Mastery involves who you are being, not just what your doing. You have to be able to perform at the level of excellence. Being produces Doing. In order to produce effective results you have to be able cultivate the appropriate mental attitude.

We become what we think. Our thoughts and attitudes directly effect our physiology and our physical environment. These classes and workshops are designed for "practical application" and  teach skills that you can  use in your daily life to produce actual changes that will create a new level of experience. We learn by doing. The true test of knowledge is the ability to demonstrate or "live" the knowledge and produce the results that it promises.

The focus of all these classes and Playshops is on practice, not on theory or cool ideas.  Art is the ability to Master Form. To create a work of Art, is to take an abstract idea and bring it into Sensory Reality that can be seen, touched, heard, felt and perceived "as" real.
